Dealing With Depression
For years I’ve had depression that seemingly would not go away. This is my website where you can see who I am. Admitting you have depression is the crucial first step in dealing with it. It requires setting aside your ego and acknowledging there’s a problem, which can be especially challenging if you pride yourself on being strong and successful. But remember, it’s okay – you can overcome this. On my blog post about supplements I talk about some supplements that truly do help aside from fixing your diet and having plenty of physical activity. The one thing that I have alot of experience with is Kratom. I have been taking it for around 5 years now. It was absolutely a life changer for helping the depression I was dealing with and I havent really found anything better to be able to have high energy, focus, and not be crippled by anxiety.
For the majority of my life I have been deeply interested in research about the body, brain restoration, and so many vastly different topics. Extensive research is what helped me truly learn how to do things like photography, cinamatography, and solving complex yet common problems life throws at us. It has always been a trial and error thing for me though. Like most people I am a hands on visual learner. One of the reasons why I create vibrant yet semi calibrated images. It just looks natural to me with a camera.
Life is a journey and mine has been unique, filled with challenges, growth, and critical choices. Let me share with you where it all started, how I benefited from being in the porn industry, and how I made all the wrong choices at the wrong time. In 2019 I started searching for “interesting jobs” after having a headache working with an off-site debt collection office. I had heard of this porn studio called Corbin Fisher and I was very intrigued at the experience. I was drawn to THAT studio for some odd reason. It seemed mysterious and I liked the idea of it after talking with the talent manager. Around 4 weeks later after getting tested and going through the basic security procedure I arrived in Reno, NV where they do all the filming. Met the Director Rob, and many other surprizingly nice individuals. It was honestly quite crazy how nice and welcoming everyone was.
Lets take a few steps back shall we? So at this point I had already been into fitness, bodybuilding, everything along with more than a decade of specific nutrition, training, and optimization knowlege of the human body. I had a pretty deep understanding of how to build muscle, get lean quickly and stay there.

Back Story
When I was around 14 years old, my journey began. I was weak, could barely squat a bar, and had a diet consisting of three bags of candy a day. The saying goes, “You start small and slowly build up,” and this perfectly encapsulates my initial steps towards growth. I woke up one day, every day actually; feeling unwell. Like a total looser and failure in life. I decided to tackle my problems one by one. My first challenge was how do I look like ARNOLD lol Just kidding. Never wanted to be that huge and quickly realized its actually unhealthy to be on that level: For me at least. No judgement on anyone who wants to be a mass monster.
My goal was to learn how to obtain low body fat levels, but keep it super tight to where im still in phases of muscle building all while building strength on major compound lifts (looking aesthetic as fuck) at the same time. I knew this was going to be an ongoing goal for a very long time and adapting to it was part of my nature.
ADHD Really Sucks
For the longest time I was very intrigued to figure out how to fix major mental, and physical issues. I remember researching for thousands of hours in High School about nutritional science, brain science, biology, biomechanics etc. I was not exactly interested in taking the main pharma drugs to fix my ADHD & feelings of discomfort. I wanted to learn how to fix it without “drugs”. This knowlege applied to alot of things I was trying to fix in my own life and it greatly helped. In High School I was often bullied, laughed at, and physically hurt. Attending martial arts school and hitting the gym were some of the steps I took towards self-improvement. With these changes, my bullies stopped messing with me and even started complimenting me. My journey is a testament to the fact that you can turn your enemies into friends.
Some Things That Really Helped Me Personally
One thing I often talk about on my YouTube is Nutrition. You HAVE to fix the diet, but its not exactly “A Diet”. Its a lifestyle that never ends. I follow a somewhat strict nutritional plan but its tailored to my activity levels at around an 85% threshold. What does this mean?
I not only eat 85% whole foods but my steps per day, gym sessions, and relatively low body fat levels are sticking to an 85% target range in which the other 15 percent can be “the room for error”. It doesent have to be perfect, but it has to be pretty closely followed as each day is different.
Reversing Serious Brain Damage
So I’ve done a lot of research, wasted a lot of my time listening to morons on the internet about the newest fad supplement, Magic Pill and Genie in a bottle type of thing. If you’re reading this and you are tired of being ripped off by the same scam over and over again, I am totally with you! I honestly took a long break from everything. Following an elimination method of removing everything and then adding one thing in at a time. That was the best way for me to feel if something is actually working. However, the research and science is what confirmed my descision on the things that are worth it. The only supplement I take for overall brain function, muscle contractions working properly and all the main biomarkers being met are P-5-P This one is the golden nugget to dopamine and neurotransmitter production. If I was to take one supplement it would definetely be that particular B Vitamin. Surprizingly after 4 weeks I oddly felt better. Like I had more neurons in my brain and I could handle more things in a day. Apparently that one repairs and regenerates dopamine neurotransmitters. One thing I also found to be low in was not taking enough electrolytes if any. I’ve tried so many different “pre-workout” or bodybuilding products and I can confidently tell you that almost everything you see at GNC and popular magazines etc. Is a complete waste of money period. Comming from someone who worked for GNC lol I defintely know thier marketting strategy (like most supplement companies): Is entirely to get you to buy something ASAP, and they honestly don’t give a fuck about the customer. That really irritated me so I had to leave workng for them, but anyways! The sodium potassium and magnessium are the main essensial minerals for muscular development/function, brain function, contractions, and fixing cramping. If I had to reccomend to you one electrolyte product that is always consistent and has the appropriate ratio of electrolytes would be: Liquid IV This one definetly has the baseline covered in my experience.

I did not have the muscle maturity yet to obtain that: Full muscle complextion look yet. I got the fullness after dialing in my nutrition protocol. Timing the pre and post workout nutrition according to what my body reacts to best. I noticed being more “anabolic” at the hours of 9am to 12pm. Thats when the carbs are carefully manipulated (this method of diet wizardry will be in my Advanced Coaching Plan). I first had to learn the basics of weight lifting first though by getting freakishly strong at all the compound excercises building my foundation of strength.
Most Workout Programs You See Online Are NOT for Natural gym bodies
Its unfortunate that the art of bodybuilding was initally built on lies, selling supplements that claim false promises and hopes of looking like the pros. The pro bodybuilding sport is never a natural game. I think most people can spot this today, but in case you are wondering. There are close to zero natural bodybuilders in the competitive world. Before I get into a world of nasty disscussion let me explain to you the best way to build a natural physique is going to include in my honest opinion. First would be to run a 5×5 full body program. Get good at doing compound lifts! More than likely this can be split into a 3-5 day program. The nutrition needs to be tailored to you though, and thats what most people hire me as thier coach for because I specialize in nutritional science but I dont claim to know everything. Eating whole foods with adequate carbs, fats and protiens is going to give you the best anabolic effect. Scientifically, food is more anabolic than steriods are. What you eat is going to determine how you metabolize, how energy levels are regulated and how growth hormone in your own body releases at specific times of the day/night. Supplements like Animal Pak Multi Vitamin are going to cover your basline of micronutrients and L-Tyrosine Is going to help with dopamine baseline production helping you feel a bit more energized. This is covering most of the basics of building a better body.
