This Program is designed to get you into learning the compound lifts. A 3 – 4 day program that will help you be able to eventually squat, bench, deadlift and overhead press. 10 weeks long that will transform your body, not waste any time in the gym and help you build more strength and muscle than every one else with unstructured workouts.
This is a begginer program for those that have little to no experience lifting weights safely.
